The UK is a weird place, I thought these stories only happened in odd European countries like the Scandinavian ones (or maybe I read too much Ananova).

At first, I was surprised that I couldn’t figure out who was the daugher in the photos of this 50-year-old mother who had plastic surgery to look like her 22-year-old daughter. The photo did a really good job of disguising youthful characteristics (and also because the daughter looks like she’s a couger). But as I read more about the story, I found the author was stretching the story. Their hair and body look similar, but their faces aren’t alike at all! The mother didn’t try and look like her daughter’s identical twin.

And, if you’re an (honest) thug, you would have a great chance to be hired as a teacher.

Bouncers, who more usually work nights keeping order in pubs and clubs, are being employed in schools because they are “stern and loud”, said Andrew Baisley, a teacher at Haverstock school in Camden, north London.

It seems like they don’t do so well in other necessary qualifications though.
