there are a couple of memes on the net that i don’t really understand, first is this interweb thing, what is it? the term seems to have just exploded this past week, i hadn’t seen it before then. i figure it’s the internet+web (isn’t that redundant?) or is it saying something about how people only use the web instead of the internet? i also hear a lot about friendster, it’s like the new icq or maybe irc for non-geeks. i think you can make social networks and then find out who knows who. seems like stuff you can do in real life so i don’t understand the appeal?
