i ended up going to see star trek. i’m glad i didn’t pay full admission, but it wasn’t that bad of a movie. i put up my short thoughts for that and the two towers in my media radar (if you can find which block it’s under), gave them both 3s tho. i noticed that i haven’t really seen any 5 star movies in awhile; but i guess that makes sense. there shouldn’t be too many movies that are worth 5 stars. up next is one hour photo and maybe adaptation. i’ve heard good things about both so hopefully they’ll live up to the hype.

still talking about movies, there’s a cool little thing where they take a scene and somehow wipe out the flesh leaving only the clothes to outline people. there’s a bunch of them but the easiest one for me to figure out was the sci-fi one. i wonder how they interpolated the background tho?; i didn’t think photoshop was that smart to make the background seem as if there was never anything covering it.
