a few days ago on breakfast television, they interviewed a hospitality expert about the service industry. he made one remark that if food you ordered wasn’t what you expected it to be, you should return it until they served you what you wanted. just imagine that applied to a sporting event, like say a raptors game. if anyone in attendance wasn’t happy with the way the players played (like losing), they’d have to play the entire game again!
i’m considering contributing my $10 to paramount’s 4 billion dollar fund, err i mean see star trek: nemesis. it’s supposed to suck but i haven’t read any reviews hoping that the even-number-movie-is-good rule is followed.
i did see the two towers. i don’t think it was as good as the first, but hardly any sequels compare to their originals. i thought it was similar to empire strikes back tho. there was a lot of talking, it was kinda slow moving, lots of loose ends were left, etc. however, the battles made up for it; they were amazing. the sheer amount of people and stuff happening all at once is just overwhelming. i can’t wait for the last one, well not as anxious as after the first one but i still want to see it all wrap up!
