Looking for a headache? here’s a little riddle that I read about today:

A plane is standing on a runway that can move (some sort of band conveyer). The plane moves in one direction, while the conveyer moves in the opposite direction. This conveyer has a control system that tracks the plane speed and tunes the speed of the conveyer to be exactly the same (but in the opposite direction). Can the plane take off?

You can try and picture it in your head, and then reason it logically, and maybe finally apply some of the physics you learned in high school. But, to tell you the truth, i thought I figured the trick behind it and after reading some other people’s points on both sides, am now fairly certain that i was originally incorrect.
