i have a class with adel sedra of sedra and smith fame this term. well today, we had a special visitor in class which was kenneth c smith of sedra and smith fame. it was interesting, a lot of people got their textbooks signed, etc. i would blog more thoughts about it but i’m too tired, so anyways i only regret not having a camera in waterloo to take some pictures.

• i wish waterloo would adopt harvard’s plan of eliminating tuition for students whose parents make less than $40,000USD (that’s what, $60,000CDN?). of course it won’t happen as we don’t have the $19.3 billion USD endowment that harvard has. we’d be lucky to have $19.3 million CDN, in reality we probably only have $1.93 million.
