I bought Ridiculous Fishing because I had heard that it was popular/good; and if a fishing game is good, then it must really be good! It does not disappoint. The game design is well done, and the visuals are somewhat attractive. It’s one of those games that is simple to get but has a lot of finer aspects that you could really work at to get a super high score.

The Bard’s Tale is a game that I received as part of a Humble Bundle I bought. I’d classify it as a time sink – it’s your standard US RPG/Adventure type game. There’s a lot of grinding, quests and what not. Not surprisingly, it’s a port of a 2004 console game. I guess I played it so I can cross another game off my list, but there’s probably better use of my gaming time.
