I’ve been playing a silly game on my Android called Gurk, the 8-bit RPG. It comes as advertised, a simple old-school RPG with 8-bit graphics. I enjoy playing it for nostalgia, because it’s free, and because you can save anywhere and anytime.
It’s not a complex or overly challenging game, and I think if I sat down I could complete it in about 4 hours. But it’s a good time waster of the week type thing. What is impressive to me is that it is under 100kb in size (actually it’s only 93kb)! Condado is about 300kb (although 80kb of that is jpgs and fonts) so getting a game under 100kb is pretty impressive.
