When I get lazy with blogging, I just post links to some neat stuff around the web:
- The Star has an exposé on Toronto driving schools taking would-be G drivers 2 hours north to take their driving exam. All the test-takers that were interviewed were Chinese, and I would not be surprised to find out that these are all Chinese driving school companies.
- There are 3! Hooters restaurants in China. It seems a bit counterintuitive that China can realistically staff 3 of these restaurants, but I guess with over 1 billion people, there must be some outliers.
- Chinese investment: Spending $57 million to build an airport that accomodates 7500 passengers a year.
