you know i always thought that the contemporary period produced weird music using stuff like the tone row and other weird things…i couldn’t really comprehend where cultured (for lack of a better word but i mean not-popular) music was heading towards…well a groups of people are starting a new genre of music with a subtle use of technology, it’s original, avant-garde but weird; then again i’m sure everyone considered music ahead of its time as weird.
