We had our own mini harvest last week to celebrate Thanksgiving. We don’t have any farmland on our balcony but we have a few plants from this summer’s attempt at gardening. Over the summer we’ve had a lot of home-grown parsley but the cream of our crop is this little guy here:
Unfortunately, he met his tragic end at the blade of a knife, and while we mourned, we also had a feast to celebrate its life. I don’t have any pictures of the funeral or the autopsy as the whole incident is just too graphic for the viewers of this blog.
